The "which accountant / umbrella / anything else is best" question surely comes down to "how many people who can be bothered to vote, use XYZ as an accountant / umbrella / anything else" - I can't vote for any other accountant than my own, which assumes that if I did vote for them I'm happy with the service.

And define newbie - there are some people on here who class anyone after 2006 as a newbie...
