I learned recently that a dear friend had passed on at the unfair age of 53. He was gay and easily the person most comfortable and confident in his sexuality of everyone I've ever met.

Far more so than the OP, seems to me.

Does the age of consent legislation refer to botties or to the genders of their owners, namely that there is a higher age of consent when the two botties are owned by people of the same gender?
