Enjoy. I am under the impression that it is a terrific event. I just couldnt resist posting a completely off topic reply.

I am not qualified to give the above advice!
The original point and click interface by
Smith and Wesson.
Step back, have a think and adjust my own own attitude from time to time -
Meh, even if the shows are sold out you could always just walk up and down the Royal Mile and watch the "preview" shows.
We were there last year by "accident" and thoroughly enjoyed the street shows (and the tattoo, which is what we went for).

Thing to remember is to try a variety - not just the big names. There are some real gems hidden away.Vieze Oude ManComment

And actually, dont neccessarily trust the www.edfringe.com website - i've just checked by ringing the booking office and the reservation I made online did not go through as they had sold out, but the website was not accurate and appeared to make a successful transaction when it simply allocated me tickets it did not have.
Their advice was to ring the venue and book over the phone.
Technology eh!
P.S rang the venue - tickets available and booked. Probably a better approach. Last year I had no problems.... maybe John Reid should pay the fringe a visit... hmmmm.....Last edited by mcquiggd; 10 August 2006, 19:15.Vieze Oude ManComment
