Bizspark, takes two mins to apply and up to 5 days to be accepted. You get everything for 3 years.Comment

I use Microsoft Partner network. Costs around £340 for the year and you get access to everything. Includes a full MSDN subscription, and all the OSs and Office tools you can eat.
You have to sit a numpty technical test online which takes around 10 mins and even suity could pass it.Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.Comment

Express doesn't allow addins, and I'm guessing that's what you need for CUDA.Will work inside IR35. Or for food.Comment
