    Being undermined by your boss.

Ever had one of those situations where you've carried out your job to the best of your abilities, obeyed the rules, implemented the changes according to the rules and then some twunt comes and escalates to your boss asking for the decision to be overruled & your boss completely undermines you & tells you to carry out the new instructions.

Seriously undermines your staff & causes terrible moral issues.

    Disgraceful.
What happens in General, stays in General.
You know what they say about assumptions!

And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014

You ask this on a contractor forum? And you are not a newbie?

        Jesus Christ.

You sure you're not in two minds about being undermined by your boss ?
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.
