Yes I am looking for PM gigs. If one turns up that is the right size, ie not going to suddenly become senior pm/programme manager overnight, then I will do it. I will put my heart and soul into it and do a fookin good job, like I have done in the past when either deputising for PMs or bailing PMs out that want to let me bail them out.
Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.

It requires a different set of skills than just running MS Project and knowing how to use the room booking system.

Needy BAs, Un engaged stakeholders, frustrated developers, pushy executives. Everyone thinks they can PM / most can't, let's see if you can actually do it if you can get a gig.

Best of luck with it, but remember that emotionally incontinent effort is no substitute for a calm and analytical approach. Project management should not be a series of crises, where super-suity saves the day. I really do think you should have a look at meditation or another technique to help you keep your calm.

I really do think you should have a look at another career completely, nothing to do with IT at all, since there are enough numpties fooking up IT projects in this country already.

You seriously have to stop thinking of 'doing a good job' that you yourself define. Every place has its own level of fooked upness but the companies that you will work for will be far more successful that you will ever be and should be afforded some level of respect in what they do before you go around telling them everything they do is wrong.

You clearly just piss people off in every work place you enter and they obviously avoid working with you at any level, if you can't see that here is a problem with that then you really should do something else. Seriously.

Suity, your standards are too high. Try and get down to Minestrones standards & you'll be fine.
