Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

So its okay for a foreign government to hack into systems that are not theirs, not even in their own country yet its not okay for an individual to do it to them: British man, 28, charged with hacking into computer systems of US army, Nasa and other federal agencies | Mail Online

Surely if proof can be found that any system has been broken into by an unaccountable rogue agency then they should also be prosecuted? No?

It's not ok actually, this is deemed espionage.

It's getting caught that's the problem - having evidence that links as high up as to the Pres who allegedly "did not trust world leader so asked to bug her" is going to create serious trust issues on the highest levels.

NSA basically exceeds authority and tried to do the job that Diplomatic Corps and CIA were meant to be doing - instead of hacking everybody they should have spent more time securing essential infrastructure and have effective ways of dealing with DDOS attacks.

That's the crux of the matter, Germany, Spain & France will want to join UKUSA.

I think they'd much prefer not to be spied upon by UKUSA instead.

Really? Why do you say that, nations spy on nations.

It's as misleading as to say that every nation has an army. Yes, but some nations got much bigger, more aggresive setups than others.

It should not even be the job of NSA to spy - that's what CIA should do.

How the heck Merkel could have been the treat to US national security?
