      No, of course it wont but that is entirely beside the point. All these taxes NL are introducing are all designed to penalise anyone who has done alright for themselves - why? Because they are an easy target - right up to the point when they 1. Get p****d off with it all and move abroad or 2. Pay so much tax that they become a stastic themselves and look to the upper classes to support them. Obviously this trend will continue until the poor are supporting themselves and everyone else is completely bankrupt.

                Why not just have an overly complicated system of tax credits for cars, as for everything else? After a period of consultation, of course.

                I think you should also pay more for driving around and around town centres in a sad little car with bodystyling airfixed onto it, playing crap music loudly and pretending to be from South Central LA when you are really from Swindon.

                Oh, and a noise tax on people who rev up their motorbikes as if it will make their penis bigger.
