I imagine pimps fight over the good contractors, that there is some sort of pecking order. Clearly, you're one of the scraps for the noobs to practice on.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

Really? You don't think they just do as little as possible, match some keywords, pump cvs around and snort their earnings?Originally posted by d000hg View PostI imagine pimps fight over the good contractors, that there is some sort of pecking order. It depends. If they work on commission I can certainly see why they good ones are passing on your CV to the new-uns.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

This is the only one that really annoys me, but even then they are clearly desperate and taking a flyer that you might be interested.Originally posted by suityou01 View Post4) Is it only contract roles you are looking for?
No, I'd like to take a massive pay cut and have regular one to ones and 360 degree peer reviews. So glad you asked, I've seen what I'm missing.
The rest.... well there are so many lying, chancers out there, I actually don't blame agents for wanting to hear a bit of confidence in your voice as you describe what is in your CV.Comment

Yeah seem to be getting a load of these and they dont have a clue, the questions they ask are deffo coming off a script and always the same ones.
Whats your availability?
How long have you used this? (read my fricking CV)
Do you know about this product (yeah it s the one abbreviated, just send my CV over and the employer will know)
etc etc etc
Then they either ask you to hold and put you straight through to the account manager or they say they will pass it over. Dont see the point of employing them personallyComment
