A young woman who tried to conquer her fear of heights by making a parachute jump has died in a plane crash. Londoner Victoria Delacroix, 22, was due to leap out of the aircraft when it nosedived into the ground.

Perhaps if she'd leapt out a bit sooner, she'd've been alright.
