What is a "protracted area"?

I'm not convinced. Protracted is a temporal adjective, it's wrong in the same way one wouldn't say one had been waiting for miles.While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.' -
Once again: If you have a small child in the back of your car and you are traveling on the M4, just approaching junction 14 traveling westbound. If that child were to say: "daddy I need a wee NOW!!!" you can make the service station at Membury in a matter of minutes.
