I agree, mostly. One thing I have noticed ever since devolution is how the interests of people living in Scotland are now the subject of much more focus than that have ever been for as long as I've been living. Indeed, in the last 10 - 15 years improvements to services has been very noticeable.

I'm not, my parents are. In fact much of my old neighbourhood say similar and many of them are not Scottish. But that's Edinburgh for you, a suburb of Englandshire.
