IMO everyone should be sterilized until they prove they are capable of looking after children. Prefrably stopped from having sex altogher so there is some sort of reward for having kids.

However disgusting this statement is (and trust me, it's quite foul), I think we've reached a point where the human right of not being surrounded by "Arschloecher" should be considered prevalent over the human right of having kids.

But we shouldn't get to that point. It would be enough to remove all child credits. Nobody should be paid just to stick his foul Schwanz into somebody else's Muschi, unless you're a legitimate porn actor.
