I am looking to sign up for me and mini NWP2C and the price does seem a lot (though through contractors eyes it might not seem so bad). Nevertheless I want to get as good a deal as possible. I have managed to get 5% off for corporate discount but that still brings it to £96 for me and £10 for the little one. £106 for the 2 of us isn't all that bad but I am weary of the extra costs (e.g. tennis classes for us both) and the fact I will end up spending a lot more on things such as the restaurant and costa coffee.

Anybody managed to successfully negotiate with them on price as I haven't been able to so far.
Are you anywhere near a Village Hotel? Their membership is about half that and most of them have a pool and do kids mornings in the weekends.

Agreed, I've started going back to the gym now I'm away from home again, and I noticed the number of young kids (admittedly over 16) who are huge. I'm guessing some chemical enhancement at play but I mean why on earth would you do it?

That must have been KPMG along with ten other Russians in one bedsit.

I did consider this but I am after the Racquet sports for myself and little one, ultimately there is no better place than DL cheadle for that and it is walking distance from me.

The Cheadle Village has squash courts
One other point in gyms. Just get a one month membership before tying your self into a 12 month contract. See if they can discount the monthly against the long term membership should you wish to proceed after the first month

                  What about this place?

Looks expensive but they do have a few clay courts.

I signed up with them yesterday with membership commencing on Monday. I have previously done a trial for 2 weeks with them and loved it, can't wait to get started!
