Afternoon guys.
I've been waking at around 4am for the last few days. Found out today that one of my colleagues who is staying in the same hotel is awake at the same time. I'm wondering if it's a staff shift change or something like that and they all end up riding the lifts.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment

Mrs BP has suffered insomnia for about 30 years. Recently she went to the doctor after hardly sleeping for 3 days.
Seems doctors are trying a new cure. You don't go to bed until 1am. You have to get up at 7am. After 3 weeks the results are very positive.Comment
