Yes, I am chasing this payment, but even if they pay it's not worth the hassle chasing them every month when I have a choice of gigs. Which is why this one is getting binned whether they pay or not.

That is exactly what I did, I left the role first then sorted out the non-payment.

Right then, notice is given. I didn't sign the opt-out, though I may have signed one in the past, so I might approach client co about going through another agency of my choosing rather than simply tulipting on them as it's not really their fault.
