That's ok, trainers with no socks are a complete no no.

And you certainly don't want to smell my training shoes. In fact, you're probably better not being anywhere close and downwind of them. About 50km distance would be safe.

Not just the chavs, lots of cloggy men wear those shirts, especially middle class men, but I think it's probably a provincial thing.
