Look I'm not suggesting the Indian and Pakistani governments do a great job of looking after the people; they obviously don't. I just don't think they're likely to take financial or economic advice from Western governments seriously while we can't get our own bloody house in order.

I think the vast majority of them earn less than the UK personal allowance. So perhaps it is right they should not pay tax. Comparing like with like.Comment
