PS Don't bother with the Nat Silver book. It's beyond your ken.
Global warming likely to be slower than predicted, scientists say - FT.com

      A bit like you then.

You noticed I didn't have a laughing head in my last post?
That's because I don't think your cognitive deficit is a laughing matter.

You say the climate is changing rapidly (over decades rather than centuries) but the planet (as a whole) is no warmer than it was 30 years ago?

You really look stupid, like flat Earthers.

Flat Earth = Greenhouse gases and taxes.

Round Earth = Other causes, but hey where's the money (tax) in that?
I'm not engaging in the ad hominem today, but what I will say, is that things are changing, and that records are being broken more regularly of late, than before. I don't know enough about climate change, and global warming to get into a proper, intellectual debate about, and I'd venture nor do you, so it's all subjective really.

I just know that in the past 30 years things have changed, this might be normal variance, it might just be what it is, but things have changed.

Cool, stick some windmills up, buy some Carbon credits and here's hoping it goes away.

No, it isn't really, they've possibly misunderstood, the biggest changes appear to be knock on effects. If the gulfstream does indeed move south, due to artic ice melts, and shifts due to Antartic ice melts, then we're really starting to move into the realms of really not knowing what is going to change, but in this country, our climate is reliant on it, so it's bound to be changing, if the gulfstream does indeed move.

That's just a logical progression. It is how this will all affect us we don't know, and I believe scientists neither.

Doing well enough thanks; ground source, wind and solar paying me trumps at the moment - My bills are a good 80% lower than they were, and I am aiming for lower still in the next guise.
