    But such as banking clients are notorious for dropping rates by 5% or 10%. You can't blame the agents for that.
    Unless you're suggesting that this only happens for "agency" contractors (who must therefore be regarded as scum by the clients).

      I've a feeling that you're referring to "bum on seat" contractors. Banks like them as they are easier to get rid of compared to permies
