This strategy has a fundamental flaw. It presumes that stocks alll move similarly and the only difference that some stocks are more volatile. My experience is that 25% of the portfolio is totally cr*p 50% is OK and the top 25% makes all the money for you.

If I had followed this strategy my portfolio would be full of worthless cr***p.
    I'm alright Jack

Can't believe yet another Web "make money quick and 100% safe winning strategy" isn't what it claims...

Send me $100 and I'll send you the 'real way, no gimmicks, no tricks, just make money quick, safer than a Metropolitan police safe house in a major drugs operation safe' scheme, that you just cannot lose.

Yes! True 50/50 would be double or quits, but you get half instead of quits.

                This is all be-hol-lux
(as they say in Belgium, Holland, and Luxembourg)

If there was any mathematical bias in the markets such as suggested by these links, then hedge funds would have already been using them, and the efficient market hypothesis would have removed them.

It is meant as a light hearted point of discussion/ridicule.

                      efficient market hypothesis:

Two finance professors walking down the street. One spots a $100 bill lying on the pavement and points this out to his colleague, who says, "That cannot be a $100 bill or someone would have already picked it up." And so they continue walking.
