Regulated tenancy
I remember the good old days of this site when people used to moan about serious contractor related issues like house prices and immigration. How times have changed!? -

My understanding is, in the UK you can pass to a spouse but if you pass to children it reverts to assured shorthold.I remember the good old days of this site when people used to moan about serious contractor related issues like house prices and immigration. How times have changed!?Comment

You buy cheap (half market value), take the rent until you sell on at a massive profit several years later.I remember the good old days of this site when people used to moan about serious contractor related issues like house prices and immigration. How times have changed!?Comment
