      Fish pie sounds good.

With either mash or pastry on top.

Ah yes, that's one of my favourites, as long as they don't include all the mussel shells!

            Clams, dear boy, clams!

But I agree with the shells, it's only nice to have a few for decoration. A fave dish of mine too.

Baked Sea Bream or Sea Bass with a genereous topping grated ginger, garlic, a bit of chilli (scotch bonnet if you dare) and some "fish seasoning powder" available in all good local indian/ethinic shops. Get whole gutted fish cover them in foil bang in the oven and you can get on with other stuff. Open the foil for the last 5 minutes and/or fire the grill up.

Goes nice with green beans (steamed) and "the best chips in the world" (my own invention)...

Use mainly peanut oil with about 2 turds of palm oil. (your in a cold country so it congeals). thats about 4 tables spoons if its warm. Enough to add some colour.

Get your chips cut a bit thicker than french fries but smaller than chippy chips. Ie. about the size of the end of your pinky.

Make sure they are wet, then dip them in a mix of flour, salt, pepper, sage, a bit of cinnamon, (replace with anything else you fancy).

The flour should coat the chips nicely and be a bit sticky.

Test the fat is hot enough by dipping the end of one into the oil. Once it's hot enough it will start to fizz stright away

SAFETY TIP - At this point get everyone else out of the kitchen and do not leave the room to watch TV, partake in conversation or you'll come back to find you need to call 999.

Drop in the chips and handful at a time (again to avoid calling 999 if you are cooking on gas and the spill over catches fire).

Keep an eye on them and remove with a slotted spoon and place on kitchen paper to dry. If everything went well the chips should crunch when you bite into them and taste mmmmn.

Serve quickly with the tasty fish, and steamed beans.

Serve with fresh fruit smoothie containing milk to cool off the chilli.

Can't go wrong; I've got loads of assorted fish in the freezer, decided to try a fish pie with a savoury crumble topping for a bit of variety

A luverrly bit of pie, mash and liquor with a side portion of jellied eels. Do a good typical Lahndan meal:

Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.
