You get off the plane, you enrol for an English course, you can then get an NI number, you can then get unlimited free NHS treatment, you then go home (if you want, or just stay on benefits).

And we wonder why we as a nation are bankrupt save for the printing presses?

There are several things you can do to improve your odds (my wife used to manage a surgical unit in the NHS so we're pretty clued up), but in London the NHS is generally overloaded.

I went and saw my doctor 4 weeks ago, got a 19:00 appointment with no wait, got referred, have procedure (very minor and not serious enough to go private) this afternoon. It does work sometimes.
True, anyone with an iota of intelligence can see it can't go on the way it is.

Interestingly I reckon the Tories have NHS reform on their radar.
The news being plastered all over the front pages is being carefully orchestrated.
But they can only do something if they win a second term, outright.
      Hard Brexit now!

When are people going to realise that nothing with change, or be reformed with Labour, Lib Dems or Tories in control?

Britain faces a choice, a continual slide into poverty and debt, or vote UKIP.

Just removing the immigrant load on the NHS, Benefits, Education and Police/Courts/Prison Service would make a HUGE difference.

I'm already a UKIP party member, I agree entirely.

So what will you do when UKIP takes us out of Europe and all the foreign investors (e.g. most car companies) who are here for access to Euro markets decide to leave? Which they will.
Wasn't it some UKIP UK-centric moron who claimed that Germany exports more cars to the Uk than China?
What is UKIP's answer to the inevitable globalisation of markets and labour apart from insularity?
What is UKIP's answer to the inevitable rise of India and China as global superpowers, apart from a vague distaste about the browns and yellows?

Voting UKIP will sharply accelerate the UK's economic decline as it becomes an unwelcoming backwater on the fringes of Europe. It will make it difficult for Uk nationals to work in Europe.
It's no surprise that most UKIP voters are lower middle class elderly men with poor skill levels.

In Eastleigh they've shut the local car plant because the work has gone to Turkey - all done by EU subsidy....

Ford's £80m EU loan to boost Turkey factory - and close ours (From Daily Echo)

Those banging on about immigrants putting pressure on the NHS need to take into account that without the immigrants that work there, which it seems the cleaners, orderlys and nurses mostly are these days, the system would collapse.

Personally i would remove duty on booze and fags and refuse to treat lifestyle illnesses. That should reduce the number of useless chunts cluttering up the corridoors.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'
