Yes, for some disabled people when they need the loo they need it then, no warning, no waiting.

For some having to wait to go the loo is not discomfort but actual pain, so by you using that loo you could be inflicting pain on another or just ruining their day / dignity when their bladder won’t wait.

Where I work there are insufficient bogs for the number of people in the building plus the "normal" traps are usually renedered a no go zone by the Bobs after 9.30.

So Yes, I do use the disabled suite for my dump but it's usually around 7am before anyone of incapacity arrives.
