                Why would you bother making life difficult for yourself by being "open minded" and interviewing people without degees?

                There is a reason why they have not degrees:

                They are lazy
                too ill disciplined to go through a degree course
                too stupid

                Fair enough there are going to be exceptions and some may not have been able to afford a degree but why put yourself through the hassle?
