So I rang Lloyds on the 17th to make a capital repayment of 16k+ against the mortgage.
All was fine.
The money is still in my account this morning!! So I ring again.
1. There is no record of my call last week!
2. They don't DD capital repayments anymore!!
3. I have to transfer the money at a branch or online.
What a heap of tulip.
Cost, 1 week's interest on the repayment amount.
