I bet if someone could be bothered they could work out height and weight given the old and new bmi. I can't be bothered though. Maybe I should outsource it to my kids?Originally posted by SimonMac View PostI have seen Tesco Value Beef Burgers with more meat on them than you though!Comment

ALways road, try to always put uphill in there, been doing 13 mile interval runs every second day for the last couple of weeks, over the holdays was doing 13 miles most days.Originally posted by BrilloPad View PostJust as well you don't swim! You would never be flat in the water. How do you split the 60 miles per week between days? random or you have a plan? what surfaces do you run on?
I used to do 13 miles twice during the week and a 25+ mile on the Sundays. Geting the time is the biggest problem, wife moans if I run more during the week and if I run more at the weekend I just end up sitting on the sofa moaning.
Benched in 6 weeks so will be looking to produce 120 miles a week then hoping to go for 30 days of 25 miles. Toenail is about off on one foot, time to say goodbye to it.Comment

Can I ask what you are doing for nutrition during the runs? And what is your diet generally to get that much energy?
PS Mrs BP prefers it when I am out of the house as everything is easier! I reckon you don't moan enough.....Comment

You are confusing yourself with MF.Originally posted by mudskipper View PostSo you know that I'm 4'8 and 23 stone?
If MTT ever works out your height/weight I reckon you are going to get a stalker.
So are you going to edit or not? Or shall I just keep the formula to myself? Might make a nice Thursday puzzle?Comment
