For me it depends on the sausages. If I fry up a lot of Nürnburgers (small like breakfast chipolatas) then the leftovers go in the fridge where they congeal and the next day are great in a sandwich. I love, mozzarella, pesto and parma ham on ciabitta, but recently due to the lack of mozzarella in the sandwich shop, I had goats cheese instead and thus the most amazing sandwich was borne!
Other than that, Its a good mature cheddar, with butter on granary - simple, but delicious.I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this
