Just suck up to the walls of your tank!

You've come right out the other side of the forest of irony and ended up in the desert of wrong.

£215k on family home (worth about £350k)
£210k on BTL apartment worth about £250k
£0 on villa in Spain worth about £180k (increased family home mortgage to buy it 3 years ago).
£0 on apartment in Spain worth about £75k paid for from savings.

New car and new kitchen has just pretty much wiped out any remaining savings bar the 15k I always keep for a rainy day.

Will start to build the savings back up again now and take a break from this investment lark!

        Time to flog the BTL?
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

Bought my dwelling back in 1991 from savings from contracting assignments, since then its tripled in value.

So no mortgage, just wine women and song.
