£210k on BTL apartment worth about £250k
£0 on villa in Spain worth about £180k (increased family home mortgage to buy it 3 years ago).
£0 on apartment in Spain worth about £75k paid for from savings.
New car and new kitchen has just pretty much wiped out any remaining savings bar the 15k I always keep for a rainy day.
Will start to build the savings back up again now and take a break from this investment lark!Comment
