Is that what you do, DP, Excel Spreadsheets?

      ...you have no idea....

though with a suitably clever DSUM I have calculated it to within 5 decimal places.
Plan A is located just about here.
If that doesn't work, then there's always plan B

No I just do a bit of basic HTML and sometimes a bit of simple scripting. That's about my limit.

Thought so, that explains why you can spend 8 hours a day on here.

Working from home and completing my work in about 30 mins explains that I'm afraid.

Ho hum, time for the next invoice.

              Huh, huh, huh, huh, huhhhh!

You complete your day's work in 30 minutes do you?

Remind me, what is it you do?

                Whats a mortgage?

I did owe 450k on two BTL properties and my main property about 24 months ago but sold the two btl and paid my mortgage off.

I may take one out in a little while to get a bigger house. As baby has come along and friends/family keep staying then 6 bedrooms isnt enough.

6 bedrooms is kind of a limitation.

"6 bedrooms is kind of a limitation." - I agree, but the gate house is the gate house. The Unicorns have free run of the main house, 30 of them in all and they all like their own rooms - but what can you do?
