Well I am not going to give away my hard earned cash to anybody if I can help it. On the other hand I'm not going to pursue money for the sake of it.
It seems to me that after all your basic needs are taken care of (i.e. after the achievement of a decent standard of living) the pursuit of money has diminishing returns. I'd rather pursue new and interesting experiences.
    Hard Brexit now!

      Affluenza:
Simply defined, Affluenza, is a dysfunctional relationship
with money/wealth, or the pursuit of it. Globally it is a back up
in the flow of money resulting in a polarization of the classes
and a loss of economic and emotional balance.

Some twonk was barracking on about this on the radio earlier. Apparantly, if you pursue wealth you are more likely to suffer from mental illness and personality disorders than if you subscribe to Blairism (or socialism as I believe it used to be known as).

      Over to the panel

Sorry, can't help with the poor grammar on the first part. Your intended meaning is not clear.

Explain how someone who has never been rich can say that too much wealth makes one unhappy.
As opposed to loser socialists who have never themselves been poor yet pretend to give a sh** about other people being poor.

Blair is on a massive salary, with free housing, and huge expenses and allowances. I don't see him giving money away. His wife works hard, earns a lot of money, and good for her. But I don't see her giving money away. The current and previous Lord Chancellors are/were wealthy lawyers. I don't see them giving money away. Then there's the female minister married to someone who is a very wealthy lawyer, currently being investigated in relation to corruption and bribery. They are not giving their money away. (Not even to Inland Revenue by the sounds of it.) And so on.

In fact I see members of parliament, including socialists, regularly giving themselves big pay rises, and huge pension entitlements. Not so long ago they significantly increased their pension entitlements. And I think they are index linked. And there are goodness knows how many questions about the expenses claimed by people such as Prescott, which have not been accounted for. (Might be kosher, but the suspicion remains.)

Oh come off the hobby horse. All pigs are equal, but some pigs are more equal than others.

[In the distance can be heard the sound of "We'll keep the red flag flying here" and distant cries of "Oh do pass the canapes darling", and "I say, what nice Chardonnay, snort."]
