After the discussion earlier about whether it's best to eat the fritter first or last, I ended up doing neither. Instead I ate a bit of fritter, some curry, and back to fritter. Never do this. My tummy's not thanking me at present.
Still, at least there's tons left for later. After the Pepto-Bismol kicks in.
Housemate left the freezer door open yesterday so I had to cook a beautiful piece of Sainsbury's "taste the difference" beef, a gammon ham, and have a dozen sossies defrosted for the weekend.
Took big chunk of the beef, cut it into slivers, warmed it up with a bit of onion, salt and garlic, served it with plenty chilli sauce and chopped pickles - unusual but utterly delicious.
