A meeting about 430 rows of comments? Id lose the will to live there.
Clientco likes to take spreadsheets far further than they ever should be, with a spreadsheet linking to another one, which links to a database etc etc. They very rarely work correctly, but more often than not they work and give an answer but sadly its the wrong one and working through it to find out why takes hours.
People who want to do everything on spreadsheets aren't entirely normal IMHO, especially when many of the cells are different sizes and colours, like a ransom note.
LOL, that’s about right; working in the commercial aspect of construction: EVERYTHING is in excel (even letter templates) with lots of pretty colours & merged cells

Oh god yes we have a commercial reporting system over 3 spread sheets, all linked to each other, it was funny when I upset the powers that be by negating the password protection to correct a formulaic error (my report was the only one that was correct) They were most distraught to learn that passwords are not really secure
I've had exactly the same problem with spreadsheets sent to me. List of tables to restore to test, pleasantly suprised to find it was only 50-odd, discovered the other several hundred later.
Also, they invariably create their spreadsheets with their paper size set to letter, I invariably forget to change it before printing, and only remember when I'm standing by the printer wondering why it hasn't appeared. (I think some printers can be set to override paper size and scale documents automatically, ours just refuses to print. )
