Remember, you have scrapped royalties for these as a form of state income.
Don't really need the gov for that. Let the companies scrap it out. Eventually they'll sign a contract saying i'll have this wavelength and you'll have this wavelength. And if they deviate they can sue the other for breach of contract in the courts.

What will you do with NHS hospitals. Give them away? Remember you can't sell them, because you've scrapped all other forms of state income. No more privatisations.
I think you're getting a bit silly now.

Sign a contract with whom? Where do the original rights to the airwaves reside?

So there is no impact on national productivity through increased tobacco and alcohol consumption? Is that your health economics analysis?

Robby, how will you replace fines and fixed penalty notices? Remember, you just scrapped them as a form of state income.

What will the impact of this be on the effectiveness and cost effectiveness of the criminal justice system?

Robby must be a mascochist who enjoys having a new arsehole torn for him every time he presents his half-baked ideas.

People would be incentivised to keep tobacco and alcohol consumption to within sensible limits to keep their medical premiums low.

And can you reference that health economics analysis? I'd be interested in the research base behind it.

Robby, why do you keep Council Tax but scrap Business Rates? Don't businesses benefit from local government services as well as individuals?

Robby, if you want to retain road tax, will you introduce dog licences to ensure that the externalities caused by do ownership are paid for by dog owners? Or must land owners pay for these regardless of their dog ownership status?
