          Yep. No 109 which looks like its opposite the old Natwest bank. Scruffy Bute Street bit mind not the posh Mermaid Quay bit.

          Just hope they told them not to walk home down Bute St after a night out in the city centre. Not the best idea. Bit dodgy.

              Newport is the first thing the English see when they come over the bridge. It's specially designed so they do a U turn and put the £6 bridge fee down as a narrow escape therefore keeping the good bits free for the rest of us.

              It's a bit like a reverse Kijŏng-dong to dissuade would be defectors.
