The tax and legal helpline sound interesting. Has anyone actually used these or can comment on their level of knowledge?

        PCG - TAXMAN

If you are joining for tax investigation insurance (including PAYE & IR35 investigation insurance) then you should join the PCG+ level of membership.

All challenges mounted by the IR are as a result of PAYE audit. The only other IR35 investigations are when contracts are sent in to IR for an opinion.

You need to ensure that IR35 specialist is onboard as soon as the PAYE notice arrives. This stops you digging a hole for yourself prior to IR35 specialist getting involved with standard PCG membership case.
