            so last time you did IronMan 3.8km swim,180.2km bike and 42km run

            you haven't yet recovered and now your talking about

            a Double Enduroman Swim 4.8 Miles/7.7km, Bike 232 Miles / 373km & Run 52 Miles / 83 km

              I am really struggling with what to do next. I think I will go for a nice cycle to think about it.
