Think of them as badges of honour, MTFU and get back on your bike, use it or lose it, you'll pay for it later if you dont.

    Great job!

Shouldnt get a Finisher medal - should include biggest sandbagger medal.

    Cheated via actually training.

I needed the lap counter though

(The Outlaw is repeating on Eurosport at the min - inspiration for the next)

I had to pull down my tri suit for a pee on the bike course. And Dallas was passing.

              No, other way round.

Pending final times I think I was about 20 mins behind overall.
Between laps 12-18 I had to keep stopping to stretch out gammy leg.

One time I had to wait for Brillo, thought I had 5 more laps to go, just as well Brillo said i had 3.

Who was that skinny chap running with you? DNF'ed because he thought he could do a mara in football trainers? (not the spikey ones).

I find a spot of demanding gardening and a walk up the hill keeps me trim personally.
Too much exercise is just as bad as no exercise - you'll pay for it when you're older in terms of damage to joints etc.
                  Hard Brexit now!

So just to confirm Sas. You're an uphill gardener.
