Okay - seriously it starts 6pm.
Wife has just taken the kids to the zoo. I am going for a lie down in my air conditioned bedroom. I intend to sleep until 4pm. After 3 days of just a few minutes exercise after over six months of doing stuff most days I am bursting to get going.
It is do or die time. If I don't post tomorrow then call Dartford A&E to speaK to me or my widow.Comment
