Death march project with incompetent, psychotic PM. Flying out early monday morning, back late Friday evening. Middling rate.

Found a higher paying contract, closer to home, much better environment. Swiss airline cancelled their direct route from Basel to Birmingham, making the original commute even worse, but providing me with a legitimate excuse for jumping ship.

I've done it, as the client was mis-selling its product to public sector and not for profit organisations and telling them things like they didn't need an internet connection to work , with a cloud based desktop solution.

The bottom line is, I'm my companies most important resource and I'm not risking my personal reputation by being associated with disreputable business practices of a client.

Yep done it before. Back with the guys I gave notice to 4 months ago - Had a legit reason to do so (rate cuts).
