Ta for asking BP. Have friends down for the weekend and am planning a relaxed one I reckon. Hey Nor, have you got any nice (simple) ideas for marinading chicken for the bbq?
    Spicy Chicken Rub
    1tsp Garam masala
    2tsp Paprika
    1 tsp cream
    1 tsp Chilli powder
    1 tsp cumin
    2 tsp lemon juice
    2 tsp veg oil
    2 tsp salt
    ½ tsp turmeric
    1 tblsp Tomato puree
    4 tblsp garlic
    2 tsps ginger

Serve it with home made tatziki - yoghurt, crushed garlic( half clove), bunch chopped coriander, teaspoon of chopped dill, teaspoon chopped mint, half a deseeded cucumber grated and left to drain to remove excess water. Mix it all together, season with salt and pepper, add a dash of lemon juice, enjoy.

Yes you should always rub some cream into the breasts and thighs before stuffing the internal cavity.

Thank you, sounds nummy. Can I now be annoying and ask, do you have a less spicy one? (kiddies)

That one has been stored in the recipe memory bank though!

I'm terribly sorry Malc, I missed that post. Sounds nice and I assume the alcohol in the Frangelico is burned off on the barbie?

Indeed it is and you are left with just a hint of hazlenuts.

May try it this weekend with a bit of honey mixed in
