Going to a mate's 40th at a comedy club tomorrow.
Bought a nice dress about 2 months ago, and have not yet been anywhere nice to wear it to.
Will a nice dress be OTT? Is jeans more the norm?
Wear the dress and take some pics

I nearly forgot - we have a couple booked in for swinging tonight. But hopefully they won't turn up.

Been already and I'm off home now. Best wishes to Mrs BP anyway; I told her she should wash her face before greeting you. And wipe her arse too.

I hope she was not too rough with Mrs MTT?

Not with me in the middle, no.

The old man's greased his tash so we'll be there.

Christening is the whole ceremony, baptism is the splashing of water on the head.
So the kid will be baptised at the christening in the same way that you get married at your wedding.

Oh, I've only been invited to the Baptism. Would it be considered poor form to gate crash the rest of it.

Dinner tonight at local Italian with friends, decorating tomorrow and someone is coming round to pick up a car we just sold. Sunday we're having a wooden floor laid.

As we haven't been to it for a while, so we'll check boiler works, cut the lawns, etc, etc. It's rural, not in touristy area, but if you leave a house empty for a while, it gets dusty and things stop working. It makes sense to sort this out before we arrive, rather than 2 days at the start of the holiday.

I normally have a shopping bag for goods like that, but I guess if you like to carry it around with you, that;'s your bag
