Any handyman out there fancy a small project?

This reminds me of a film but I can't remember what it is, can anyone help?

A woman and her daughter take a wrong turn in a car and end up in a dead town populated by ghosts, some of whom seem to be made up of red-hot coals. The daughter disappears and the woman spent much of the film trying to find her.

I think the idea was that it is an coal old mining town in the hills but the coal started burning under the ground and somehow killed everyone.
