    Saddle is defo too high. If you leg is at full extension then all you weight is being taken by your arse on the saddle, which increases the pressure and makes the pain worse. It will also shag the tendons in your ankles and knees as you will be over extending on every rotation.

    There are a few ways of doing it, the heel method being the most common but it doesn't always get the right result for everyone, although it is quick and easy and is more likely to put the saddle slightly too low, which will do you less harm.
