If it is bollocks then are you saying?

    1. That the EURO did not mean that Germany enjoyed low rates of interest and a favourable exchange rate - neither of which its booming economy would have had in the event it had remained with the Mark?
    2. That Greece's competitiveness is not affected by the higher costs and exchange rates imposed by the EURO?
    3. Why then if it is b****** is Greece so indebted to germany? What were the German banks lending them money for if not to buy large amounts of German goods?

You simply cannot abide any criticism of your precious germany even though it does not have a CUK site of its own

No, because basically everything you say is just bollocks, like George Orwell had newspeak, you have agentspeak. Quite interesting that Germany got the Euro in 1999 yet it's economy stagnated in the early 2000's which caused, yep, austerity measure to be undertaken and they seemed to have worked. Perhaps this why Germany, along with many other EU countries are prescribing this for Greece, you only need to look at Ireland: http://www.ft.com/cms/s/0/bf86aaf2-3...#axzz3froaA7XT

You just don't like the EU, the Euro, Europeans or countries and people that are more successful than you are, sad.
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

I do not like the Euro and I do not like where we are in the context of the EU as it stands today. As for Europeans I judge each one individually. This is clearly the opposite to how tribal morons like you think. I do not stick to a side and defend it come what may.

You have still not managed to contradict the points I have made about the Euro's effects on Greece and Germany.

I wish Greece would just sort it out as I'm stuck in change freeze because of it and can't go live, I've been ready since mid last month then freeze put in place because of them and it just keeps getting extended again because of Greece.

I'm probably being stupid but if Greece say no and exit they are massively screwed, if they say yes and stay they are sort of a bit screwed but only in terms of losing face, I thought it would be a no brainer for them.
I like big butts and I cannot lie.

              Not quite so simple.

If they remain in the Euro, they have to accept a debt relief package that the IMF and the EuroGroup leaders knew was unsustainable. This will hit the fan in the first 6 months after the deal is done. But at least Brussels holds 50 Bn of their assets.

If they leave the Euro, they will switch to IOU's, bitcoins, barter and the drachma. Much pain, in the short term. But if their currency is backed by gold and real estate then this would be a weaker currency, massively devalued but, and here's the irony, possibly more stable than the suddenly tanking Euro.

So suddenly the smart money switches from Euro to elsewhere, including Drachmas and Rubles. Especially if the drachma is pegged to gold.
Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.
