Tips for a happy marriage

Mr C loves me despite my being mercurial and irrational.
I love Mr C despite him being a little anal-retentve and exasperatingly rational over things that don't matter... (Yes, I know we already own a trangia and if we fancy a cuppa we'd take a flask with us and a hobo stove will probably end up cluttering the garage....)
We work on not letting these little things irritate out of all proportion.
I'm making a hobo stove anyway, but I'll compromise by throwing it away after I've played with it a few times..."I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."

Sorry, I'm new here - what is "Hobo stove" a euphemism for? Is it something to do with a happy marriage?Originally posted by cojak View PostMr C loves me despite my being mercurial and irrational.

I thought your top tip was not laughing when Brick gets divorced? I was going to try that and see if it saves my marriage.Comment
