Actually I am getting too busy with SKA so I'll have a word with admin to get you a nice job of trolling CUK without risk of a ban whilst getting paid a lot to start threads that increase pageviews.

At last I'll have a good replacement

When inflation gets going you will need to work again. And by then you will only be suitable for behind the tills at the local BP garage.

This is true, as his knowledge will be dated and he will be competing for positions with young go getters with up to the minute skills (and personalities)

You need to keep your hand in Sas (and I dont mean fist)

That's the beauty of a rental income - it keeps pace with inflation
          Hard Brexit now!

Who are you going to rent to, in the forthcoming economic storm?

My wife just said there's another rise in rents of 0.5% in April on the news, so we have to put our tenants rent up.

              She's very mercenary my wife

That 0.5% was caused by you putting up the rent 5% on your 33 properties last year.

It's a highish- end property. People still need somwehere to live, especially on a crowded island, where mortgage funding is not easily forthcoming anymore.

Indeed London rents have outstripped inflation over the last year or two. I reckon it's because potential first time buyers can't get on the ladder
