    Property program's on tv

When the house is renovated the owner often changes their mind about selling or puts a price on it at which it will never sell, locking in a free reno.

When the viewer is taken overseas to view a property they often have a nice holiday, then decide they don't want to leave Britain after all.

    Brilliant!

Apparently the "free reno" isn't free at all, they have to pay for either materials or the workmen.

A friend got "picked" (or a mate of hers who worked on the programme picked her) for DIY SOS years ago and she had to pay some of the costs for her bathroom refurb.

Opportunity for a scam. Camera crew , money up front, demolish a wall and scarper
