        Possiblity

        Maybe they are trying to run and advert for a certain amount of time woth requirements in order to apply for a work permit for someone.

        So once nobody responds to the ad, they will have fulfilled one of the criteria to apply for a work permit.
        There are no evil thoughts except one: the refusal to think

            They are supplying services/products and support to their clients who are czech companies. That is why they need candidates who speak whatever czechs speak, which I presume is something like czech ????

                Reuters regularly advertise for foreign language capable people, something to do with their business I think.
